Yoga poses for expectant mums


I have so enjoyed going to my Maternity Yoga classes, but decided that last week would be my final class (it takes about 45 minutes to get there from my house, and now that I am closing in on my 38th week, don`t want to be too far from home).

I (as an avid reader of the lilsugar.com website/blog) came across these great stretches and poses for mamas-to-be.
